Q: Tell us who you are, where you’re from, and what you do.
A: My name is Alysia Pope, I'm from Los Angeles and am a Health Coach.
Q: How would your friends describe you?
A: My friends would describe me as kind, caring, positive, confident, and a wellness enthusiast!
Q: What’s one thing you’re passionate about?
A: I'm passionate about wellness + helping women love themselves!
Q: What does self-care look like to you?
A: To me, self-care looks like fueling my body with good for you food and making time for daily movement.
Q: How have you integrated Favour into your everyday routine, and when do you use Favour?
A: Recently, I've been loving Favour while I'm working from home during the week - it helps me focus and minimize my stress.
Q: What are some of your at-home wellness tips right now?
A: Move daily - even if it's simply a walk. Chat with friends/family daily to feel connected. Take up morning journaling and write down 3 things you're grateful for every morning.
Q: What’s your current favorite song?
A: Sunday Best by Surfaces.
Q: How do you do yourself a Favour?
A: I do myself a favour by setting myself up for success by being clear on what my goals and tasks are each day.
